WHO WE ARE
CHRS Construction LLC is an up and coming general contractor with extensive construction experience. Luis Carrillo, the owner, has been in the construction industry since 1997. He began his career as a union carpenter with Local 515 in Colorado Springs. Over time, he gained experience working with some of Colorado's largest contractors.
As a carpenter, Luis honed his skills in various construction projects, from foundation to finish. These projects included office buildings, schools, medical facilities, and government buildings. He progressed to foreman and superintendent, overseeing tenant finish projects and high-profile buildings in Colorado, including those in Pueblo, Colorado Springs, and Denver, with budgets ranging from $100,000 to $70,000,000. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with architects, consultants, building owners and homeowners ensuring seamless collaboration and project execution.
Luis's dedication and expertise have now led him to bring his experience to New Mexico. Established in 2022, CHRS Construction LLC has been actively assisting clients in realizing their construction projects, both residential and commercial. We are constantly seeking new opportunities and are eager to collaborate with you on your projects, regardless of their scale.
